1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or accessing any course from ExpertLanguages.de (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our services.

2. Service & Definitions

“Services” means our live German language courses, related materials, and access delivered via Kajabi and MS Teams. “Student”, “you”, or “your” means the purchasing individual.

3. Accounts & Access

You may need an account to access the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activities under your account. Access is personal and non-transferable.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payments

Prices and course availability are shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, payment is a one-time payment per course seat. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay). You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method.

5. Refunds & Cancellations (14-Day Policy)

Full refund within 14 days. If you purchase before a course starts, the 14-day period begins on the course start date. If you purchase after the course has started, the 14-day period begins on the purchase date.
To request a refund, email [email protected] within the applicable window. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

6. Course Access, Schedule & Rescheduling

Courses are delivered live and access to materials/platform is provided for the course period. Schedules are set after your placement test. Rescheduling is possible only if the relevant group reschedules (individual rescheduling is not guaranteed).

7. Student Conduct & Acceptable Use

No sharing or selling of logins or access.
No recording, copying, distributing, or publishing course sessions or materials.
Be respectful in live sessions; no harassment, spam, or disruptive behavior.
Use the platform lawfully and follow reasonable instructor directions.

8. Intellectual Property

All course content, documents, audiovisual materials, and site elements are owned by ExpertLanguages.de or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials solely for your own learning during the course.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We process personal data (e.g., name, email, course activity) to provide and administer the services in accordance with EU/German data-protection law (GDPR). For details on purposes, retention, and your rights, see our Privacy Policy.
