Some processors may store data in the USA or other countries. We rely on EU-approved safeguards (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.

  • Course records: up to 3 years after your last course (support & legal record-keeping).
  • Financial records: retained as required by German tax law (usually 10 years).

After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

You can request: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time.
